All rates are based on two people sharing (excluding single occupancy) and include a Full Scottish Breakfast.
VAT is included in the price.
No pets allowed except dogs in certain circumstances (See below)
Checking in is at 5pm and checking out 10am.

Although the hotel does not provide evening meals guests can enjoy breakfast in our sea view breakfast room and enjoy our comfortable lounge in the evening till 9.30pm. Evening meals can be booked at one of a number of local establishments within easy reach of the hotel.

Adults Only

Please note there are no family rooms or facilities to put up an additional bed or cot in any room.Therefore the hotel facilities are not suitable for children under the age of 18. Any booking in respect of children will not be valid and the Hotel can refuse the booking.

Dogs

The Hotel is dog friendly,however all bookings involving dogs must be authorised in advance.Therefore please contact the Hotel in advance of the booking.
In respect of Guide dogs or Support dogs please let the Hotel know that they will be coming, but no authorisation is required as above.

Special or additional conditions.

Food allergies, should begiven at the time of booking.
In respect of any special condition the Hotel reserves the right to refuse the booking in those circumstances where they cannot accommodate or meet the special or additional conditions. Please discuss any special requirements in advance.
